  • What are your check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We try our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible, but it depends on availability. Please contact us in advance if you need to make special arrangements.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case you need to cancel your trip.

  • What if I need to reschedule my stay?

    If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability for your new dates.

  • Minimum Stay Requirements

    We generally have a three-night minimum stay for our cabins. However, we sometimes have two-night openings available between bookings. If you’re looking for a shorter getaway, please check our availability calendar or contact us to inquire about these openings.

  • Guest Policy

    To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests, we have the following guest policy:

    • Overnight Guests: Only the guests disclosed and paid for at the time of booking are permitted to stay overnight in the cabin.
    • Day Visitors: All day visitors must also be disclosed at the time of booking.
    • Changes to Guest List: If there are any changes to your guest list (overnight or day visitors), you must communicate these changes to us before your arrival date.
    • Day Visitor Hours: Day visitors are welcome between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
  • What if I have a problem during my stay?

    If any issues arise during your stay, please contact us immediately. We want you to have a wonderful experience, and we’ll do our best to resolve any problems quickly.

  • What amenities are typically included in your cabins?

    While each cabin is unique, most of our Blue Ridge cabin rentals include these amenities:

    • Fully equipped kitchens
    • Linens and towels
    • Washer and dryer
    • Wi-Fi
    • Cable TV
    • Fireplaces (wood-burning or gas)
    • Hot tubs
    • Fire pit areas
    • Gas grills
    • Decks or patios with outdoor furniture
    • Game rooms (in some cabins)

  • Kitchen Supplies

    All our cabin kitchens are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay. This includes cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and small appliances. If you have a special request or want to confirm a particular item is in the cabin you’ve booked, just ask us!

  • Included Start-Up Supplies

    To help you settle in and get your vacation started, we provide the following start-up supplies with each stay:

    • Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    • Paper towels (1 roll)
    • Trash bags (3)
    • Hand soap
    • Dish soap
    • Dishwasher tabs (3)
    • Laundry tabs (3)
    • Dish sponge (1)
  • Pack and Plays

    Traveling with little ones? Pack and plays are available upon advance request. Just let us know you need one, and we’ll make sure it’s set up in your cabin before you arrive.

  • Firewood

    Many of our cabins feature wood burning fireplaces and/or fire pits for you to enjoy. Some feature Gas log sets that wood should never be burned in so please note this.  You can usually find firewood for sale at most grocery stores, convenience stores, and gas stations in the Blue Ridge area.

  • Hot Tubs

    Relax and unwind in your private hot tub! All of our cabins feature hot tubs for your enjoyment. Please note that hot tubs are cleaned and serviced before your arrival. For your safety, please review any posted hot tub rules and guidelines at the cabin.

  • Are pets allowed in your cabins?

    Some of our cabins are pet-friendly! Be sure to check the individual cabin listing on our website to see if pets are allowed and if there are any pet fees or restrictions.

  • Is smoking allowed in the cabins?

    Smoking is not permitted inside any of our cabins. Smoking is permitted outside but only away from open doors and windows.  Please dispose of all trash.

  • Prohibited Items

    For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, the following items are prohibited at all of our cabin properties:

    • Firearms
    • Fireworks
    • ATVs (all-terrain vehicles)
    • Trailers (unless prior approval is given. Most cabins cannot accommodate trailers.)

    • Hiking: Access the Appalachian Trail and other beautiful hiking trails.
    • Water Activities: Enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming on Lake Blue Ridge or go kayaking and rafting on the Toccoa River.
    • Downtown Blue Ridge: Explore the shops, restaurants, and art galleries in the charming downtown area.
    • Scenic Drives: Take a relaxing drive and enjoy the mountain views, waterfalls, and  beauty of the surrounding area.
    • Mercier Orchards: Pick your own apples, sample delicious cider, and enjoy family-friendly activities at this popular orchard.
    • Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino (Murphy, NC): Take a short drive to Murphy, North Carolina and try your luck at the casino!
